The Golden Eagles would score on 4 of their 5 kicks. Senior Goalie Ryan McGrath would turn a way on of the Royals' attempts, and the Royals would bang a ball off the cross bar. The Golden Eagles defeated the Brebeuf Jesuit Braves on Aug 30 4 - 1. They would then defeat Bishop Chatard on Sept 6 4 -2. This is the 5th Circle City Conference Championship for Boys Soccer. They have previously won in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
