The Golden Eagles Boys Soccer team is pushing hard in the post season. Post season play began before fall break in sectional play. The boys team started with a 12 - 0 win over Western Boone in the Sectional Semi Final. They would then defeat Park Tudor 3 - 2 in the Sectional Championship game later in the week. This was the programs 7th sectional title. Previously the boys won in ‘11, ‘12, ‘13, ‘14, ‘19, ‘20, and ‘25. Over fall break the boys participated in their Regional match ups. In the Regional Semi Final, the Golden Eagles beat Delta 5 - 1. The Regional Championship was played against West Lafayette, which the boys would win 6 - 0. This Saturday, the boys will head to Chesterton to face Hanover Central in the IHSAA Semi State Match up. The game is slated for 12:00 PM (CT) / 1:00 PM (ET) start.
